Wedding Cars for Hire

The cost of wedding car hire depends on the vehicle you choose, your collection and drop off locations, and how long you need the car. Our luxury wedding cars start from £250, our Rolls Royce wedding car hire collection starts from £325, and vintage and classic wedding cars start from £325.

Our most common bookings durations are a 1 hour drop off service, 3 hour hire or 6 hour hire.

Our wedding car hire includes a professional chauffeur and complimentary bottled water. When we provide you a quote, we calculate the journey and mileage, so fuel and any toll charges are already included in the price you are provided.

Ribbons can be added for £10. Please note we put the ribbons on the vehicles for photos but remove them before driving.

Personalised number plates are also available for £45. Please note we put the personal number plates on the vehicles for photos but remove them before driving.

Yes, you are more than welcome to visit us and view our wedding cars, either before making a booking or after you have booked your chosen vehicle.
Viewing our fleet in person gives you the chance to see the cars up close and imagine how your entrance will look on your wedding day. If you are deciding between a few different cars, a viewing can also make it much easier to choose the right one for your wedding.We also understand how busy wedding planning can be.

Alternatively to save you time travelling to us, we can send you photos and videos of the vehicle from recent weddings. You can also find plenty of photos and videos of our wedding cars on our social media pages.

WFor summer weddings, weekends and popular holiday periods, we recommend booking your wedding car 6 to 12 months in advance, especially if you have a particular vehicle in mind.

Once you have booked your venue and have an idea of your itinerary, you can get in touch for a quote. We will need your pick up and drop off locations, approximate timings and the number of hours you require the car for.

Last minute bookings are also possible depending on availability. We have multiple vehicles of some of our most popular models, so even if your wedding is coming up soon, it is always worth checking with us.

We have wedding cars for everything from just the bride and groom through to larger wedding parties of up to 16 passengers.

Our luxury cars like our Rolls Royce's and Mercedes wedding cars generally carry up to 4 passengers, while the majority of our vintage and classic cars can carry up to 7 passengers. For larger groups, we have stretch limousines, party buses, MPVs and coaches that can carry between 8 and 16 passengers.

When you view an individual car on our website, you will see how many passengers that vehicle can carry. If you are not sure which vehicle will work for your wedding party, speak to one of our team and let us know how many people are travelling and we can help you choose.

We understand that weddings do not always run exactly to schedule, which is why we provide a 15 minute grace period if you are running late.

If you need the wedding car for longer than your booked time, we will always do our best to accommodate you, subject to the vehicle’s availability and whether it has another booking afterwards.

The cost for additional time depends on the vehicle you have booked, with overtime charges starting from £100 per hour. If you would like to know the overtime rate for your chosen vehicle, just ask us when booking.

Once you have chosen your wedding car, a non refundable deposit starting from £50 is required to secure the vehicle for your wedding date. The deposit amount will depend on the vehicle you choose. Once the deposit has been paid, we will confirm your booking and reserve the vehicle for your date. The remaining balance can then be paid in line with the payment terms provided when you book.

Yes. All of our vehicles are fully insured and licensed where required. Our vehicles are regularly maintained and checked to make sure they are safe, clean and ready for your wedding day.

Where a licence is required for a particular vehicle or service, we make sure the correct licensing is in place.

The bride’s and groom’s families generally travel to the ceremony in their own cars. For larger families, our Regent, Bramwith, or Austin Princess vehicles, which can seat up to six passengers, are a popular choice. These vintage cars not only provide comfort but also add elegance to the journey.

Bridesmaids and Groomsmen

Bridesmaids and groomsmen often travel together in group transport, creating a lively and fun atmosphere as they head to the ceremony.
